OEM Technologies utilizes state of the art CAM/CAD software to maximize quality and efficiency for all of our 3 and 4 axis CNC machines. We are capable of holding .0003 tolerances on bores,shafts, and lengths. We can hold machine tolerance to within .0001 TIR on all turning work if required on blueprint. There is always more than one way to go about manufacturing a multiple operation complex part, but at OEM our machinist and management brainstorm together to come up with the most efficient method of delivering quality parts using the most cost effective equipment, software and techniques.
