About Us
Since OEM's establishment in 2003, the company has emerged from a two-man job shop to a company that today does business around the world and employs 10 skilled manufacturing specialists. Our owners Kelly Retzlaff and Jeff Schumacher
are class "A" machinist, with backgrounds in mechanical engineering/design .They have also been team members for the US Navy, GE, Voith and smaller machine shops throughout their careers. They have 52 years of combined experience between the both of them, as well as highly skilled and quailified machinist on the shop floor. They have proven ways of getting the job done with minimal costs and time. They can assist in engineering/reverse engineering of new products at almost any level. OEM is well diversified in producing precision parts for all precision machine industries. We are a steadily growing manufacturing company which is the result of keeping customers satisfied with our quality, cost control, and service.
